OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. 1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Fill out the official entry form as featured on www.traveloregon.com. Or, hand print your name, address, zip code, email address and phone number where you can be reached on a plain piece of 3”x5” paper, or fill out a mechanical reproduction of the form as found on www.traveloregon.com, and mail to: Oregon Contest of the Month, c/o Cooperations, 20049 SW 112th Avenue, Tualatin, OR 97062. Entries must be received by deadline of each contest (see http://www.traveloregon.com/Seasonal-Offerings.aspx) In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, alternate entry procedures and entry materials in alternate formats, such as Braille, large print and oral presentation, are available. To request alternate contest entry procedures or materials, contact the Oregon Tourism Commission at 1-503-378-8850.
   
   
2. 2. RANDOM DRAWING: One grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on the deadline in the contest page from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
3. 3. PRIZE: Will change every month.
   
   
4. 4. GENERAL RULES: One entry per person. Must be age 21 or older to enter contest. Employees of the Oregon Tourism Commission, Wieden+Kennedy, opus:creative, MediAmerica, e-ROI, TenBridges.com, and participating sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of the judges are final. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, entries not received in time for the random drawing, or faulty or mistranscribed telephone communication. Winners will be notified by telephone. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local laws apply. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the sponsor and none will be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest, or in the announcement of prizes.
   
   
5. 5. WINNER LIST: For the name of the prize winner, available after the contest has ended, send a separate, stamped, self-addressed (#10) envelope to: Oregon Getaway, Travel Oregon, 670 Hawthorne Ave SE, Suite 240, Salem, OR 97301.
   

OFFICIAL LUFTHANSA RULES

1. 1. Tickets are subject to availability at time of booking and all travel must be completed by 04/01/09. Winner must specify date of travel at time of booking. Air travel arrangements must be made through Lufthansa and winner must provide all information a minimum of twenty-one (21) days prior to their preferred departure date. Confirmation of requested travel date will be given 14 days prior to departure and will be subject to availability at time of booking. Once booked, travel arrangements may not be changed. The selected entrant and his/her traveling companion must have the same origin and destination and must travel together at all times.
   
   
2. 2. The Prize winner and his/her traveling companion will be responsible for all expenses not specifically stated as part of the Prize, including, but not limited to, any applicable taxes, fees, airport charges and carrier surcharges, local transportation including air or ground transportation from the winner's home to a U.S. Lufthansa gateway airport, overnight accommodation prior to or following the travel dates in order to accommodate flight connections, income taxes, insurance, passport and visa costs, gratuities, all meals, beverages, incidentals, and any items of a personal nature. Cancellation insurance is not part of the prize, but is recommended (must be arranged privately by winner). In the event of denied boarding, no compensation due by Lufthansa for costs directly or indirectly incurred. No mileage credit applicable.
   
   
3. 3. The Prize winner and his/her traveling companion are responsible for procuring adequate documentation for European travel. Prize must be accepted as awarded with no substitution. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part, for any destination. Lufthansa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value, due to prize unavailability for any reason.
   
   
4. 4. This travel award may not be combined with and/or applied to other certificates, promotions, or special offers, including, but not limited to: upgrades, government fares, tour/travel packages, group, convention/company meetings fares, bereavement, companion fares, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, child fares, travel industry discounts, internet fares, frequent flyer programs, or any unpublished programs.
   
   
5. 5. The prize winner and the traveling companion of the prize winner selected for the Prize must authorize Lufthansa to announce and publish their names, addresses and photographs (without remuneration) in any publicity, and to sublicense such right to third parties.
