OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
- 1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Fill out the official entry form on www.traveloregon.com/bounty and hit "submit." Or, hand print your name, address, zip code, email address and phone number where you can be reached on a plain piece of 3"x5" paper, or fill out a mechanical reproduction of the form as found on www.traveloregon.com, and mail to: Oregon Bounty Getaway, c/o Cooperations, 16698 SW 72nd Avenue, Portland, OR 97224. Entries must be received by December 1, 2007. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, alternate entry procedures and entry materials in alternate formats, such as Braille, large print and oral presentation, are available. To request alternate contest entry procedures or materials, contact the Oregon Tourism Commission at 1.503.378.8850.
- 2. RANDOM DRAWING: One grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on December 4, 2007 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
- 3. PRIZE: Good for two people: One lucky couple will enjoy an Oregon Bounty escape, compliments of Travel Oregon. The winners will begin their weekend in downtown Portland with an overnight at the Heathman Hotel and dinner at Southpark Seafood Grill & Wine Bar. Spend the next day touring Portland and it's environs before having a late lunch at Rogue Ales Public House and Distillery in the Pearl District. Then, it's off to the Oregon Wine Country, where they'll check in at the historic Hotel Oregon in McMinnville. After a good night's rest, head into Dundee for a tasting at the Ponzi Wine Bar, lunch at Dundee Bistro, and a private tour and tasting at Sokol Blosser Winery. - 4. GENERAL RULES: One entry per person. Must be age 21 or older to enter contest. Employees of the Oregon Tourism Commission, Wieden+Kennedy, opus:creative, MediAmerica, eROI, TenBridges.com, Dairy Farmers of Oregon, Pear Bureau Northwest, Oregon Hazelnuts, the Department of Agriculture and participating sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of the judges are final. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated or misdirected entries, entries not received in time for the random drawing, or faulty or mistranscribed telephone communication. Winners will be notified by telephone. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local laws apply. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the sponsor and none will be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to hold sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest, or in the announcement of prizes.
